Michael J. Brandenberg
Born and raised near Chicago, with family ties to Spokane and Seattle, Mike has extensive litigation experience in Washington and Illinois, including appellate practice. Mike is also regularly retained as pro hac counsel to litigate matters in Idaho.
Before joining Evergreen, Mike was a principal attorney at Dunn & Black, P.S. in Spokane, WA. He has successfully represented numerous clients throughout the region in a variety of complex civil disputes, involving business and construction law, eminent domain/condemnation, personal injury, defamation, real property disputes, and securities fraud.
Mike was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2019-2021. He has also been a member of the Washington State Bar Litigation Section Executive Committee since 2023. He and his wife split time between Spokane and Redmond, WA and enjoy skiing and hiking throughout the Pacific Northwest with their dog, Toby.
Mike graduated cum laude from both Gonzaga University and Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While at Loyola, he achieved CALI awards in both legal writing and advocacy, served on the executive board of the school’s International Law Review, and was a member of the Vis International Moot Court team.
