Adam Chambers

Adam Chambers is a civil litigator representing individuals and businesses in complex disputes involving real estate, property rights, development, construction, and commercial matters. His practice spans a wide range of litigation, including business and contract disputes, as well as issues arising from land use, ownership, and development. He represents clients throughout Washington and Idaho.

 

Adam takes a practical, results-oriented approach to litigation, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop clear strategies to achieve efficient and effective outcomes, whether through negotiation, dispositive motion practice, or trial. His experience includes disputes involving contractual rights, business relationships, construction issues, and real property interests, often requiring navigation of overlapping legal and regulatory frameworks.

Adam earned his B.A. in English from Idaho State University and graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law. While at Gonzaga, he served as Articles Editor of the Gonzaga Law Review, Associate Editor of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law, and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Council. He also externed for the Honorable N. Randy Smith of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Dee Benson of the United States District Court for the District of Utah.

 

Adam has been recognized as a Washington Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2017–present) and as a Top Lawyer in Spokane/Coeur d’Alene (2017–present).
